Rowan’s Law
Under Rowan's Law, before any player can be registered with a league, the player and the parent or legal guardian of the player if the player is under 18 years of age, must review the Concussion Education Resources provided by the Province of Ontario. The link to this resource is provided here:

Each league will have you sign a waiver indicating that you have reviewed this information on an annual basis and you will follow their concussion protocol for removal and return to sport.
